Intelipurchase
Intelipurchase.com allowed customers in different credit brackets to purchase a computer on credit based from different manufacturers on a single site. One of the first projects for us where we needed to hand off the complete site, SQL database, etc to a different server. It makes you more conscience of developing a really flexible, bug free system. You also have to make sure to include tools to update settings that would normally just be a line in a constants file.

Datalicious Site Manager
A handy little tool that allows clients to log in and manage their web content. The system underwent a couple of major revisions without interrupting the live sites or content administration experience. Designer Ken Milhous did a really nice job of keeping the interface super simple without sacrificing any power.

Applause Flash Pitch
Applause, a toy company, needed a fun experience for their web-site. An interactive city was the original pitch. We were thinking that the "Applause" city could change based on holidays or seasons like a pumpkin patch for Halloween or snow and pine trees for winter.

City of Malibu, California (2000-2001)
An updated dynamic content system, user administration and various forms were a few of my contributions to the site during my early Datalicious days.

City of Springfield, Oregon (1998-1999)
Although when I worked on this site there was nothing but HTML, this project was still very important to me. My first paid work as a web developer (while still a student) really gave me the confidence to jump into server side scripting.

Statewide Documentation (1999-2000)
As one of only two IT workers at this small notary signing company, I was responsible for a little bit of everything... creating loan documents and preparing them for data merges, supporting the custom software, fixing hardware problems and overhauling the web site.

The web site provided many opportunities to improve the way business could be done. Software support with helpful tutorials and screenshots and a nationwide notary management system were some of the handy additions.
